The group "Torchio di Somana", guided by the artist Luisa Rota Sperti, had organized, with the sponsorship of Mandello del Lario's council, "LA CUCINA AI TEMPI DEL CAMINO" a permanent exhibition of old kitchen tools in the SOMANA'S PRESS at Mandello Lario.
There is also a precious booklet of ancient recipes collected by Luisa with Paolo Gaddi and Chiara Poletti.
